This curriculum guides learners through the organisational realities of Positive Value Leadership, beginning with difference, value interpretation and the disparity of values before moving into power, compliance, culture and organisational practice. Each module helps learners connect personal calibre with the responsibilities of influence, management and organisational decision-making.
Designed for learners with undergraduate-level study or equivalent professional/vocational experience, and for people with workplace experience who are moving towards supervisory, front-line or middle-management responsibility. As a guide, two years workplace experience is helpful but not an absolute barrier where maturity and readiness are evident. Learners must be able to manage self-directed study, attend required tutorials, engage reflectively, use My World reliably and meet examination-readiness requirements.
Dates are shown in chronological order. Induction may take place before the formal course start. Where assessment applies, IOWL shows an assessment window rather than a single fixed sitting.
Tutorials: 3 live tutorials required during the course.
Tutorial dates are scheduled across the learning period and confirmed through My World and course communications.
Calibre Credit assessments normally operate within a defined assessment window, allowing eligible learners to take the examination at a suitable point during that period.
The curriculum moves from principle to practice, helping learners connect values, behaviour, influence and responsibility through structured online learning, reflection and tutorial engagement.
This module examines the value of difference in organisational life. Learners explore the organisational leadership deficit, the role of organisational values, and the practical challenge of dealing with disparity between stated values, personal conduct and workplace behaviour.
This module explores how difference can be given constructive value. Learners consider contextual interpretation, the commonality of difference, the value of self and others, and the distinction between debate and dialogue when working across different perspectives.
This module examines organisational spheres of influence, including power, impact, compliance, governance, norms and standards. Learners consider how influence operates beyond formal structure and how wrongdoing, malpractice and deceit can damage trust and organisational integrity.
This module applies the Positive Value Leadership framework to organisational life. Learners examine what an exemplary organisation requires, how the Positive Leadership Values operate in practice, and the consequences that values have for people, conduct and organisational outcomes.
This module explores the value of a Positive Value Organisation. Learners consider how to apply Positive Value Leadership, how culture affects values implementation, how diversity and inclusion can be strengthened, and how flaws in organisational values practice can be recognised and challenged.
This module consolidates the Keystone pathway by focusing on conscious life as a Positive Value Leader. Learners consider how to make values-led choices more deliberately, apply the framework in organisational settings, and sustain more consistent judgement, conduct and influence.
Successful learners on this assessed professional pathway receive a set of documents that evidence professional standing, Calibre Credits™ and their continuing Passport of Probity™ record.

Successful learners receive a Passport of Probity™ as a portable, verifiable record of their IOWL standing. It helps evidence leadership calibre, domains of recognition, validity and the learner's professional recognition status.

The Statement of Professional Standing confirms the learner's certified status, such as Certified Associate, Certified Member or Certified Fellow of IOWL. It evidences a public commitment to lead with Positive Values and to adhere to the Institute's Principles and Exemplars.

The Statement of Calibre Credits™ is the companion record for assessed professional pathways. Calibre Credits™ are awarded by the Global Institute for Calibre & Integrity™ where the learner passes the relevant examination and reflective assessment requirements.
Calibre Credits™ are awarded by the Global Institute for Calibre & Integrity™ where the learner passes the required assessment and examination components.
