To progress along the membership levels, simply complete the Positive Value Leadership training which is provided free of charge. All learning is self-paced at a speed to suit your circumstances. Only undertake and pay for the membership examination when you feel ready for the next step. You'll recieve the certification below which can be used with your CV, resume, qualifications etc, when you apply for promotion, or change job.
