Professor Michele Russell provides academic leadership for the Institute of One World Leadership, supporting learning quality, academic coherence and the translation of leadership calibre into structured, credible and values-aligned educational development.
Biography
Professor Michele Russell serves as Vice President and Provost, and Chief Academic Officer, of the Institute of One World Leadership.
Her work supports the academic coherence, learning quality and institutional credibility of IOWL’s education mission. She contributes to the development and delivery of Positive Value Leadership™ pathways, ensuring that learner progression is grounded in reflective development, calibre formation and academic integrity.
Professor Russell helps ensure that IOWL’s educational activity is not reduced to conventional training or content delivery, but remains focused on the development of judgement, responsibility, integrity and positive leadership impact.
As a senior academic leader within IOWL, she plays a central role in strengthening the Institute’s learning architecture, academic standards and global credibility.
